How delivery works ?

How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible… therefore a mobile number and email address from the customer is essential. Deliveries are made using a 3rd party and couriers deliver between 8am – 6pm and specific delivery times are unfortunately unable to be advised. There is no guarantee that the delivery depot will telephone the customer.
We strongly advise that tradesmen are not booked until the goods have arrived and have been checked. We are not liable for any tradesmen costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
Delivery Address
We are unable to guarantee that the delivery will be made onto a driveway, all home deliveries are made to the nearest kerbside or hard standing via a carrier with a tail lift vehicle.
Deliveries can only be made to flat, level hard standing and we are unable to deliver onto roads that have an incline, are gravelled or grassed.
Access to and at the delivery point must be suitable to accommodate a rigid vehicle with a tail lift facility.
Please note: Concrete products may exhibit slight colour variations between batches if ordered over multiple deliveries.
Receipt of delivery
Upon receiving the order, it must be checked for any noticeable damages prior to signing and highlighted on the delivery note if necessary. national paving slabs must be notified within 24 hours of any breakages or defects, otherwise we cannot guarantee FOC replacements/credits can be issued. All products are delivered with one-way pallets (i.e. not returnable).
If an order is refused or cancelled by the customer once the item has been dispatched or is unable to be delivered due to delivery criteria not being met, a charge of your shipping will apply .
